The staff at NIS is comprised of an extraordinary group of highly motivated educators and therapists. Their dedication and support reflects in each child’s development and extends to each child’s family. Each child is valued and accepted as an individual with his or her own set of needs and goals.
Our administration team is made up of highly educated and experienced individuals who have embraced their staff at NIS through a “hands on” approach in training, mentoring, and leadership. Their dedication to NIS extends to every child and family who enters our program.
Our highly educated professional staff members all hold New York State Licenses and or Certifications in their field of expertise. Through continuing education and ongoing training, they strive to provide the best and most current services for every child and family in our program.
All staff members are required to pass a criminal history background check as well as fingerprint clearance from the New York State Office of Child and Family Services and the New York State Education Department. In addition, all staff must obtain medical clearance before starting their position at NIS.
